Meat Church BBQ – Holy Gospel

The Holy Gospel BBQ Rub is a mash-up of our well-loved Holy Cow beef seasoning and The Gospel All Purpose rub. It’s not a simple 50-50 mix; it required numerous test cooks to perfect. After observing many people combining two rubs and taking into account customer input on Holy Cow being too peppery or Gospel needing a boost, we created this versatile blend. This all-purpose rub is perfect for ribs, chicken, and beef.

Ingredients: Sugar, salt, spices including paprika, dextrose, dehydrated garlic, celery, silicon dioxide & spice extractives. Gluten free. No MSG.
