Red Hill Tactical is again proudly bringing production back to America. Our new Tactical Nylon EDC Belt is made in Vermont USA, because we believe that we should support Made in America in as many products as we can.
These belts are compromised of 2 layers of 1.5in. Black Duty Belt Webbing. This webbing is also manufactured in the USA and is approximately 0.10in. thick with a tensile strength of 3600 pounds. The 2 layers of webbing are glued together and and stitched using bonded nylon thread.
A thinner 1in. wide (0.04 thick) nylon webbing is then attached to the outside of the belt. This nylon webbing is both lightweight and extremely durable with a tensile strength of 2000 pounds.
A COBRA ProStyle Adjustable buckle is attached to the 1 inch webbing to allow for size adjustment on the belt. This single side adjustable quick release buckle is rated for a bit over 4000 pounds of force.
For correct sizing, please use a seamstress tape to measure your actual dimensions. Please do not use your jeans size.
