The 16 round, double stack TAC Ultra FS HC is a great general use 1911; feeling right at home on the range, in competition and in the field. Like all Rock Island 1911s, this series is built with 4140 ordnance steel and refined by our hand fitting process. This pistol is equipped with a 5″ button rifled barrel that’s chambered for the 9mm It includes a low profile adjustable rear sight, high-visibility fiber optic front sight, magwell, lightweight hammer and MR3 trigger with overtravel adjustment. The TAC Ultra wears a tough parkerized matte finish and rugged G10 grips for years of dependable use. True to all Rock Island 1911s, the TAC Ultra FS HC comes with a crisp 4 to 6 pound trigger pull, giving you great out-of-the-box performance.
